Shipping Address: Please make sure to provide accurate mailing addresses and contact information. We can’t take responsibility for returned mail due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Issues: Once your package is shipped and in the hands of USPS, we’re not liable for delivery issues. We’ll provide a tracking number for your reference. For delivery problems, insurance claims, or address changes, please contact USPS directly.
